I want to thank Taylor and the good folks at Trusted World for having 102.9 NOW out to volunteer at their donations center in Dallas today! We had a great time meeting some really outstanding members of our community coming together to help our Texas neighbors for Hurricane Harvey relief.
If you're like me, you want to get your hands dirty and contribute in a meaningful way, and volunteering there really felt awesome. If you'd like to volunteer, just stop by! And you can drop off items like water, diapers, and underwear...any items that could be of use at one of the many shelters where they are being delivered. There's no donation too big or too small. I saw one package delivered that was literally one pair of clean men's underwear!
