Charles Barkley recently lost more than 40 pounds, and he didn’t do it with one of those silly fad diets, like where you can only eat foods that are shaped like circles or something.
He did it the old-fashioned way: He ate foods that are good for you, like vegetables, but he didn’t enjoy it.
He said, “I’ve eaten more vegetables this summer than I have in my last 50 years of life. And they suck, just for the record.
“You have to eat a lot of vegetables. They don’t taste good, but I had to look at the big picture and be healthy.”
