Selena Gomez just revealed in an Instagram post that she had a kidney transplant (donated by friend and fellow actress Francia Raisa [“The Secret Life of the American Teenager”]), due to her battle with Lupus.
The revelation came after a summer where fans noticed Selena not pushing her new music, including “Bad Liar” and “Fetish.”
