Yahoo is reporting that the folks at Uber have filed for a patent for a system that can determine if you are drunk when you order a ride from them. When I first read this story I thought, "DUH, I ordered an Uber!" It's actually pretty clever because they can send a driver that can handle a car full of people who may or may not yack in their car.
