Adam Lambertâs used his newfound downtime during COVID-19 lockdown to good use. The âRosesâ singer shared with Ryan Seacrest via Zoom heâs working on a forthcoming musical based off a true story featuring a bevy of collabs.
âIâve been focusing on a couple of projects that I probably wouldnât have had the attention span for otherwise,â Adam shared. âIâve been writing a lot of music via Zoom, ⌠but itâs for a musical actually. Iâm developing a musical in a different way with a lot of people from the pop world, a lot of collaborations, itâs very exciting.â
Adam couldnât dish too much but shared itâs based off a true story.
âWeâre just looking at music right now,â he added. âThe story is based on a guy that really lived so itâs a real-life story, but itâs a guy that you probably donât know which is very exciting. But, thatâs all I can say right now.â
Until then, Adamâs planning on celebrating his upcoming birthday on Friday, January 29, with fans, performing a livestream concert at The Roxy.
âIâm doing a concert on my birthday so on my list is I just want the night to be as good as it can be,â Adam concluded, revealing heâll be performing two shows so all coasts can catch it.
