Read something boring before you hit the hay....not on your tablet but from a real book. :)
If are having trouble falling asleep, go to another room in your house and read a book. It will help you remove the frustration of not sleeping from your bedroom.
I love to have a cup of chamomile tea at bedtime. It totally helps me chill.
The National Sleep Foundation has some great tips on setting up your bedroom to get good sleep.
