#ANXIETY: Here are two things to try which can curb your ANXIETY!

OH... ANXIETY... With something like 75 percent of people experiencing this mental health disorder these days, it goes without saying we should pay attention when it comes to things which can help us to curb our anxiety feels...

First up - exercise.

A new study found that people who took part in some sort of long distance cross country ski race between 1989 and 2010 had a lower risk of developing anxiety. So does this mean we need to go cross country skiing? No, but the research does say regular exercise reduces the risk of anxiety by almost 60 percent!

And... handwriting.

Did you know picking up a pen and putting it to paper can reduce anxiety? True story! They researched it and found there are some significant advantages to writing by hand! Jotting down notes cuts your thoughts and feelings of anxiety - and even brings some relief to those feeling some sort of panic attack! The study found 20 minutes of putting a pen to paper can lead to a more positivec mindset and greater life satisfaction!
