Get excited! The Kraken have finally let their fans know (us) that they will be revealing their mascot on Saturday 10/01. As an aspiring mascot myself, I can't wait.
The Kraken revealed in a video during their first pre-season game this week that the search has been underway for some time, involving three young fans and even the support of fellow Seattle team mascots, the Mariner's Moose, Sammy from the Sounders and Doppler from the Storm!
While people are thinking that it might be an octopus, it's hard to predict as an octopus mascot already excits in another NHL franchise. However, we'll know no matter what on Saturday! Check out the teaser video below! What do you think the mascot will be?
